Who We Are

A Bangladesh-based advisory firm built around evidence.

We work with companies, investors, development organizations and institutions that need dependable market understanding before committing capital, entering a market or changing strategy.

Our role is to make complex market realities easier to evaluate: what demand signals show, where risk is concentrated, which assumptions matter and what choices are most defensible.

Our Evidence Base

Decades of Sector Exposure, Data and Market Understanding

BDRS combines more than three decades of industry exposure with continuously updated market intelligence, sector data and field-level understanding of Bangladesh's business landscape. This allows us to support decisions with context that is difficult to access through generic research alone.

Our advantage lies in connecting historical sector knowledge with current evidence — helping leaders see not only what is happening, but why it matters.

Our Approach

Structured inquiry, clear judgment and practical recommendations.

01

Decision framing

We begin by defining the question, decision owner, evidence threshold and practical constraints around the engagement.

02

Evidence design

We structure research methods around the decision, combining primary inputs, secondary sources and sector intelligence.

03

Analytical synthesis

Findings are tested, compared and interpreted so leaders can see what is proven, what is likely and what remains uncertain.

04

Recommendations are presented in clear, decision-ready formats with implications, trade-offs and next-step priorities.
